All this helps in finding the right solutions for your lending needs, although much has to be said for the relationships we have built up with the various banks, building societies and lenders - after all, its not always what you know!

Our services go further than just finding the right loan, protection and general insurance policy. Once we have found the right package for your needs we will see your application through to completion keeping you informed of the progress with personal and regular updates.  This involves preparing your application and required documentation ready for the lender then presenting the gathered information in the right format to ensure the desired result.

Next you will be contacted by a designated member of our back office team who will be responsible for overseeing your application through to completion. The person allocated to your application will remain your direct contact throughout the application process and will call to introduce themselves and provide you with a direct dial telephone number and e-mail details.

So rather than leave you to find time to manage the processing of your own application, we are assigning you a dedicated administrator who will work closely with your lender, solicitor and surveyor to manage the process through to completion. They’ll chase up references, instruct your survey and act as a central point of contact for your mortgage application - and of course, keep you updated every step of the way.
