Andy has worked in the industry for 18 years having started back in 1986 as a consultant for Abbey Life. After 2 years with Abbey Life Andy chose to become an Independent Financial Adviser and joined and then subsequently in 1989 purchase the company Green Leaf & Co. Having successfully run Green Leaf & Co for 6 years, Andy was approached and sold the business to Pembroke Financial Services who continued to employ him up to 1997.
Andy’s next move was to NBJ Life & Pensions who required him to set up and run a new branch in Hove, Sussex. Andy’s determination saw the Hove office grow to become NBJ’s leading branch and gained his directorship in 2002.
Lastly in June 2003, Andy seized the opportunity to join the much respected Independent Financial Advisers – The Cavanagh Group. The Cavanagh Group is particularly well known within the industry for its top class advice to High Net Worth individual’s particularly the Judges, Barristers and QC’s of the London law courts.
Andy’s new role will allow him to continue his work as an Investment and Estate Planning specialist working closely with Solicitors and Accountants to ensure your wealth remains intact both now and for your family’s future.

Nicholas Hitchens (Nick) – Independent Financial Adviser
Nick has worked in the industry for 23 years starting in 1979 working for the Anglia Hastings and Thannet Building Societies. Having proven himself as an assistant branch manager, Nick finally got his own branch in Oadby, Leicester in 1986 where he remained until 1990.
Nick’s next move was to leave the building societies and concentrate on mortgage broking. Nick’s first position was with Keys Consultants in Milton Keynes before moving on to the Home Buyers Centre in Nottingham.
In 1991 Nick decided to pursue a role as an Independent Financial Adviser and joined Abbey National’s Financial Services where he progressed to Senior Adviser before leaving in 2000 to join NBJ Life & Pensions.
Nick remained with NBJ until 2003 when he chose to move to a more local firm.
