tgb is the Estate Agency division of  T. G. Baynes, Solicitors. The first tgb estate agency was opened on 5th January 2004 in Dartford.  In the next year they plan to open further branches across Kent.

tgb are currently offering a unique 'EasyMove' package which combines their estate agency services with that of the T.G.Baynes solicitors into one package. For a reduced estate agency fee of 1.25%, tgb will sell your home whilst T.G.Baynes Solicitors will provide the conveyancing required to complete the sale of your property.

The Dartford branch is next door to the T.G.Baynes office and as we provide in-house mortgage advice, you can complete the whole transaction of finding and purchasing a new home under one roof.

The Dartford office is managed by Nigel Berry. Nigel has worked within the industry for 22 years and has always lived in Dartford so  has an unrivalled knowledge of the local area.
