Who regulates us

Property Finance Solutions of Grove Villa, 52 Whitley Road, Eastbourne, East Sussex, BN22 8NH is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA). Our FSA Register number is 302711.

Our permitted business is advising on and arranging both mortgage (including Lifetime Mortgage) and protection and general insurance contracts.

We are covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. You may be entitled to compensation from the scheme if we cannot meet our obligations. This depends on the type of business and circumstances of the claim.

Mortgage advising and arranging is covered for 100% of the first £30,000 and 90% of the next £20,000 so the maximum compensation is £48,000.

Insurance and General Insurance is covered for 100% of the first £2,000, and 90% of the remainder of the claim.

Being directly regulated by the Financial Services Authority ensures that our clients benefit from the services offered by the Financial Services Ombudsman.

We also have a substantial Professional Indemnity policy underwritten by Lloyds of London should the need ever arise.
